Our policies:

HT will do our best to make the adventure enjoyable and to follow the itinerary as given to you. In the case of problems arising from weather, politics or other unforeseen causes HT will do what is necessary for safety first. After that we will do our best to take the detours in stride and continue with a modified adventure in keeping with the original plan as closely as possible.
 
HT strongly recommends that you purchase travel insurance for your trip before leaving your home country. All travel carries with it some risk. In the case of an injury or accident each individual will be responsible for his or her medical bills. HT leaders are trained in safety and first aid and our goal is a safe amazing adventure.

Illegal substances are… Illegal. Himalayan Trax respects the law. The possession and / or use of illegal substances will result in the termination of the trek or tour with absolutely NO refund

Payments and Refunds:
A 50% payment is required to reserve your dates and trip. Full payment is required 30 days in advance of the first day of your adventure.
If you wish to cancel your trip more than 30 days in advance any payment over 50% will be refunded.
